Has anybody attended or heard of these? They're 17th&18th of this month and cost $300 at the Weber Restaurant. I read search and watch all sorts of videos to learn but an actual hands on course with masters of the craft would be interesting to say the least. $300 plus all the travel costs I just don't know if it would be worth it.
