Water stuffer?

I'd like to make a water stuffer and was wondering if a Dakotah stuffer piston will work in a 4 inch pvc?

I am not a sausage maker yet but may I suggest 3" sch 40 PVC and a hockey puck for a piston ?

Not sure of the size of the Dakota. Looks like 4" Clear PVC, which by the way is far smoother and consistant ID than the white pvc pipe from the hardware store. Far cheaper than buying a piston from Dakota would be to use a 3" pipe cap. It will just fit inside the 4" pvc with a little gap for an o-ring.
