warmer box over FB

I am looking to build a 250gal tank smoker. I am trying to Deeside if I will put a warmer box on top of the FB. What is the use for the warmer box would be a better ?. All input is welcome. This is my first big build.

, This is the tank and trailer I have got to on my build. Just learned to up load pictures. I am thinking of notching out the botttom for the FB then put my warmer/box on top of the rest of FB that is sticking out. Top of FB altogether well be 30x30. That should leave me room for a 20x30 warmerbox.
