First of welcome Craig to SMF. You'll like it hre for there are alot of really good folks that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat or anything else for that matter. Now it's nice top have another some what local here. There are a few of us fromn the Jax area here from the southside Mike (Jax Gator) and me from Oceanway area. Now for the Q-view that's what we call pictures of our food and then we also let folks like wives and girlfriends make funof us for it too. Now go smoke some goodies and start posting them too.
