This sounds to me like you're headed in the right direction. Charcoal is getting more and more expensive, and from everything I've heard and tasted, stickburners put out some pretty amazing product. My only experience with a Lang is having eaten several times at Southern Soul BBQ, and chatting with that Dirty Hippie** about the smokers and how much he loves them. Judging by the food, I can definitely vote for the Lang.i like the idea of a reverse flow and something i can use my own cut hardwood.
