Thanks, I started with a 22in Weber-style kettle grill but its starting to rust out on me after 3 years being out in the weather outside. Figured since I enjoyed grilling and smoking I'd upgrade and ordered an offset smoker today. Did some reading and got me a reverse flow smoker coming to me in around 2 weeks, Excited to explore what this baby can do!
