Hey everyone,
I'm Blowinsmoking843 joining the SMF Forums from Albany,GA by way of Hartsville,SC. I teach Engineering at a Technical College so I tend to over think and over analyze things making what seem like simple decisions very difficult. I am very technical, pretty handy, a major car guy, and a major tinkerer. I'm here in search of tips and tricks to get me started on the right path from grilling to smoking. I've been looking at cookers for quite some time and don't want to make a huge investment in a custom unit yet. I've kinda decided on either the Brinkman Trailmaster vertical or the Oklahoma Joe's Horizontal. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance,
Blowinsmoke843
