Walton's Bloody Mary Snack Stick Seasoning verses Bloody Mary Jerky Seasoning

What is the difference between Bloody Mary Snack Stick Seasoning verses Bloody Mary Jerky Seasoning? The amount you use per pound of meat is different. I have the Bloody Mary Jerky Seasoning and will be using ground meat. I was thinking it might be the same seasoning but one for regular jerky and one for ground meat? The jerky is says to use twice as much as the other.

I asked Waltons, they have a live chat. Both are inter changeable. I always do a test try before stuffing. I can adjust more mix, meat salt etc. I have made jerky with snack mix. I will start a little less than recommend.

Thanks. I did try the chat but was waiting to long. Had to go back to work. I guess I will split the middle and try.
