Hope the rubbed part didnt get trimmed. Is that a chunk of Elk in pic 1 and 2? The picnic ham must fit on the inside some way. looks yummy.

Hey this is the test ground! I wasn't worried about the pic order much..  Pork ham shank in backwards order, should have been bought, trimmed rubbed. It is in the Pork forum where I posted after I made sure how to insert pictures. The elk burger was one of the first things I smoked a week or so ago....glad somebody is reading my posts!!
