Wagyu Beef Back Ribs / Mac and cheese

Sunday was a good day around here finally.

Smoked up 1 of the 3 packs of Beef ribs that I have. Just salt and pepper to coat . Into the smoker at around 290/ 300 deg. . With Cherry and Hickory chunks, Not alot of meat on Back ribs. But still good.

In for about 3 hours , Made a mop of . Soya , Honey, and br. Sugar and a bit of white vinager., coated it a couple times. Then double wrap it up and onto the grill with some mac and cheese. On the Q for 1 hour. The ribs probed at 207 deg.
Yes the paper got too close to the flame on the grill and stated to brown. All good.

This was very tasty and juicy. The mop really darkened them up.

They were very good, but they really shaved close to the bones on these ones . I hope the next 2 packages have a little more meat on them.
The ladies were very happy with supper.

Oh and Mona made some cinnamon rolls, so had to have a couple of coarse.

Looks good David . I used to get those ribs at a good price . Used to take them deer hunting and grill them like a steak .

Outstanding looking meal David.

Point for sure

Nice work David, that all looks crazy good from here.

Congrats on the feature David.
Not a beef ribs fan myself.

Thanks John for the comment.
About the ride , and I really like ribs. Pork or beef , even chicken, lol

But for ribs, beef short ribs are my favourite, ( some call them Korean cut ) we just call them short ribs.

Thanks Joel for the Love and the comment

Yes the bones were great tasting, ( wish there was a little more meat on them ) and the Mac and Cheese was up there also.
But you are right Mona make her rolls both ways , big and fluffy and this style, I think I like these ones better , as I can eat more of them at one sitting. The big yeast ones , is a 1 per meal kind, lol

We did eat like Rotalty , and yes I am the court Jester...... stop laughing.
