Vortex steaks.

Nothing special just wanted to share.

Seasoned up some steaks.



Fired up the vortex with Royal oak lump.



Cold only fit 2 over the vortex at a time. One was waiting it's turn.



Flipped at bout 5 mins. Vortex was only bout 1/2 full.



Done very quick.

I've only used my Vortex a couple of times, but I'm very impressed with it!

Looks great!  love the sear the vortex gives.  I'll be cooking some strips on the vortex tonight if the weather cooperates
