Business this week took me from Northern IN down to Southern GA today. While here I took the opportunity to visit Lang Manufacturing. I have read many positive reviews here on the SMF's on the Lang smokers that I wanted to see their products for myself. I met with Ben Lang and he showed his inventory of smokers and gave me a tour of his manufacturing facility. I was very impressed with the quality of the smokers and the reverse flow design. When I am ready to upgrade, it will be a Lang!

Sound off if you are a current Lang owner, what model you own and your impressions of their products.

Maybe it's your fault they haven't responded to my info request in two days....j/k

Was there much inventory on site? Did he say this year is slow due to the economy?

Ben said that sales are going well. He had a number of finished smokers on the lot and several in-process in the shop. My favorite was the Lang 60 with Deluxe Warmer and Char-Grill Combo! Lead-times for new smokers is running about 3 weeks.

Love my 60 deluxe w/warmer!

I do wish it was a chargriller on the nose instead of the woodbox!

I picked up a 3 Gen Model 84 back in September and love it.

Capt Dan, that is one nice smoker with hot-shot mag wheels, too. Great to know you love cats, as well. Got 5 me-self
