Went up to visit Mom and broke out the old Weber for brats…..this thing has got to be 30 yrs old or so. About 5 yrs ago I cleaned up the burner real good so had consistent flame but not much else has been done to it.

Had the same grill at my dad's house. Got a lot of years out of it but eventually time and neglect took it's toll.

Had one just like it around 30 years ago. Replaced the burners once, ran it a lot of years until I replaced it with a Brinkmann pro series 2500. Both great grills.

I had that same grill 25 years ago. Funny story. Bought it at Lowes. Boxed up it wouldn't fit in the car so the sales person unboxed, in the store, put everything in our cart and walked us to the register to pay. It wasn't until we got to the car to unload it that I realized I had a grill cover already in the cart, under all the grill parts. Oh well, when you spend that kind of coin on a grill, you should get a free cover. I rebuilt that grill twice, got LOTS of use out of it.
