i am new to the forum so thank you in advance for your help. i am looking to purchase a vertical pellet smoker to smoke sausage and kielbasa. i now smoke on my trager but i am looking for a vertical to hang my sausage and kielbasa. i am looking at the oakford 1400. i usually make 20 to 30 rings at a time. any help will be greatly appreciated.
