Digging through the freezer found some Venison Loin. Sous Vide 2 hours 125 than hit the Blackstone. Some mushroom and onions on the side. Balsamic reduction drizzle. Turned out really good. Venison nice and tender. Got lucky last year friend hooked me up but probably nothing this year.

Finished up left overs this morning and that venison was even better cold I think.
