Venison Jerky

Did a couple pounds of venison jerky for the customer.

Using my jerky board.

Marinade.

Ready for smoking.

Not very nice of you though----The guy made you that real nice slicing board, and you call it a "Jerky" Board.

It doesn't look Jerky to me!!!!  I think it looks pretty neat & very handy!!!
