That appears to be an older model, and it is used - for a starting bid of $79.99???

Can't new models be found for anywhere from $100 to $150? For that price, I'd lean towards purchasing a new model for a few extra bucks. That being said, my vacuum sealer gets a workout in my house.

If you look at my past posts, or do a search for Vacupac on this thread, you will see that these are the better models, that sell new for around $300.00. These will withstand just about anything that you can throw at them. Also these are the only models that can be repaired at home.
