Hello all. I am making some thuringer and I have read and watched some videos on you tube about it. I want to know if you can smoke this or do you have to cook it in the oven. I have been told that if not cooked fast enough that the fermanto or acid will kill you. I have also read that it can take up to two or three days to make this sausage. Can some one that has made this before please help me. I really love this sausage and hate paying 12 dollars a pound.
