I cranked it up to preheat, put chicken leg and thigh pieces in Worcestershire and Soy 1/1 and went to the store to get some more soy. Came home and finished the mixture for another 20 minute marinate. Put the meat in for 1 hour 30 minutes. Pullet it out and all was great. We brought home a pair of butterflied pork chops that went in too. 1.5 hours at 275 was a bit long for them by the looks. We'll eat them in the next few days. They will taste the same.
good stuff and quite easy. I will get lazy using the electric too much. What did you guys do for the Fourth? Be Well. Rusty Zipper

I'm glad to see you are enjoying the smoker.
Today I just grilled up some boneless skinless chicken thighs. I had a lot of work to get done even though it's a holiday. The meal was good and it will be my dinner as well :)
 
I don't think they are done at 1.5 hours. Chicken thighs take almost 3 hrs. on my Masterbuilt to reach 165 IT. You didn't say if they were bone in or not. I use bone in.
