Got the chimney pounded out an the damper works again, still a dent in the door, but got it pounded out enough that it shuts much better.  Nothin a new gasket won't fix.

Rebuilt the base as one wheel was ripped clean off when the boy ran over it.  Made it wider an longer cause I'm gonna finish the bigger smoke generator now that the ol girl is up an runin again.

I'm glad that the smoker made it out of the woods after the wreck. Now alittle banging here and there helped it out alot I see. Now we are all happy it came out still smoking too.
