Well with 35 mph winds the last couple of days the smoker has been out , so trying a couple different "easy" things in the 360. Wife didn't get any pictures but made use of the slow cook feature on some country style ribs. Went with default temp of 225° and did 5hrs in a sauce. IT of 206. Should have checked at the 4 hr mark as they were a bit dry.
Tonight just did some potato wedges, olive oil, course pepper, lawrys, garlic powder.

Air fry setting 400°set for 20 mins x 2;
Then tossed in some leftover chicken thighs in reheat setting 350° / 15 mins

Some snap peas and ready to eat. Quite a simple meal.

Looks good! I’m a huge fan of America’s Test Kitchen and they have a few slow cooker rib recipes that are really good. Not smoker quality good, but they hit the spot on those windy days.

Handy tools for sure and that looks good. I got my daughter the Cuisanart version for Christmas and she’s in love with it.

Looks great. I was hoping to use mine today with pork. But duty calls. It'll be frozen pizza tonight. But, that may have given me a chance to try something.....

On the 360 ? I'm using mine more everyday . Need to learn all the settings .

Yes, on 360. I think the default setting was 225° for 4hrs but bumped it to 5. We should have probed at that 4 hr stage. She used a covered casserole dish that fit nicely.
