This method works great for roasting peppers. I use to do them on the grill but this so much easer. Use Air Fryer setting on oven set to 425. Put peppers on sheet pan. Go about 10 minutes turn than a couple more minutes. Put peppers in bowl with lid. Let steam 10 -15 minutes. Pour back on sheet pan and let cool about 15 minutes. Skins come right off with ease.
