Just curious to how long it usually takes for a rack of 5lb spares to unthaw. I want to do some ribs on saturday so i was going to take them out tomorrow (Wed) here in Guam.

the only way to UNthaw would be to re-freeze..lol..sorry i just had to.. but yeh keep in the fridge as dave has suggested. everything stays safe and cold while getting ready for their smoky demise!
