Just curious to how long it usually takes for a rack of 5lb spares to unthaw. I want to do some ribs on saturday so i was going to take them out tomorrow (Wed) here in Guam.

Keep them in the refer during the thaw and after..... You should be OK....

the only way to UNthaw would be to re-freeze..lol..sorry i just had to.. but yeh keep in the fridge as dave has suggested. everything stays safe and cold while getting ready for their smoky demise!

They should be thawed in 12-14 hours in the Refer...JJ
