Ummmmm Chicken

Today’s cook. Chorizo, cream cheese, and Monterey Jack stuffed chicken breast and some drumsticks for the grand babies. The skin on the legs didn’t turn out right. But the breasts were excellent.

and the plated picture. I know some of y’all like then. Black beans, rice, and a drizzle of Panchos white queso dip.
