The pretzelwurst i did in UMAi bag is done.
You won't find these on the UMAi site but i did use UMAi sopressata blend with added jalapeno powder.
Cut and taste real good. I tried to get em to look like pretzel but hard to do from a 5lb stuffer.
Vac sealed and one heading to somewhere.
If you have not tried the UMAi blends and pre measured salt/cure you should, Very good with the UMAi bags.
