So I put a couple of pre-tubed casings (1 sheep,1 hog) in plain water to soak... Changed the water out three or four times on first day...
Welp... I had a medical emergency come up that I couldn't make the sausage as planned... Fast forward close to two months when I found the casings still soaking in that fresh water out in the garage fridge... Now I haven't took the lid off yet to explore... Wanted to get some thoughts first... LOL ...
