As per your requests, here are my pics of my first smoke on my uds. I owe all this to this great group of "q-ers" who have so many wonderful posts here. I appreciate all your help and patience with me.

I do have a finishing sauce once it comes out of the cooler and I pull it.

     Bteem,do you have another cooker? If so,then do a small Butt, and go to your local Painter/Sandblaster and Barter,that's how mine got Blasted
