I love Old Bay Seasoning! It is almost always on/in my fish and seafood dishes, but I will have to try it straight on chicken. Looks great! Looking forward to final.

When I used to do beer can chicken, I would plug the hole in the neck so the steam stayed in the cavity.
Not that that is the way to do it, but I found it made a juicier bird.

Yup Old Bay for everything. I come from Old bay country and we have used it for years in the flour to fry chicken and fish on french fries too. Season shrimp and any seafood actually.

Oh boy that looks like it turned out great! You inspired me. I think I might do some vortex wings seasoned with just Old Bay. Getting them out of the freezer now! Those should go great with the hot links I made for the 4th!
