Hey Everyone.
I have never smoked any meats before. I have always wanted to get into this and now I can as I just got an early Xmas present. It is a camp chef stx. I will have this put together in no time and will be off to buy some pellets and meats. Hoping to learn and avoid alot of the noobie mistakes, so I will be reading lots of posts.
