Looks great. I wish I could get my family to eat prime rib. But they get squeamish when they see any pink in their meat. My daughter even has to ask about the smoke ring in the ribs and brisket every time I smoke them, and she's 14 already.

I know what you mean. We invited our neighbors over for smoked turkey breast on Thanksgiving. Since they had never eaten smoked anything I made sure to tell them that the turkey meat will have a slight pink tinge. I didn't want them to think they were eating undercooked turkey.
