Turning existing concrete/adobe building into smokehouse

Good Morning everyone! I just joined this forum so I'm hoping that everyone is still active on this.
My FH and I just recently bought a house (we haven't moved in it yet) and it has the attacahed pic on it. I am wondering if it's possible to eventually turn it into a smokehouse and if so how hard would it be.
