Using the same recipe, a 14 pound smoked turkey on a Weber Smokey Mountain took me 11 hours to cook last year but only took 7 this year. Same temperature outside, same smoker temperature, very different cook times. Any ideas what could cause that?
Guess I’m going to try to keep this damn thing warm for four more hours.
