A little while back I did 3 turkeys for one of our squadron events. Bred them up for 24 hours then tossed them in the smoke. my current go to smoker is the Landmann 38 wide propane smoker. Everything turned out great except the top two took a bit longer. I messed up and had them too close. that kept that area from getting cooked as fast as the rest. Live and learn!
