Well since I had a pulled pork under my belt I decided why not... why not some bird. Turkey for that fact. So I went to the store bought some Turkey and away I went. Smoked at 240 about 3 hours. Mix of Cherry, Apple and Hickory wood. Creole Butter injected and some store bought applewood rub. Enjoy!

Rubbed, injected and ready to go!


After 3 hours in the smoker. Yum Yum


Juicy, moist, and smoky, awesome to say the least.

Yummmm....I have used the McCormick's Cowboy rub....I liked it too...for a store bought one.  Would use it again.

Looks great!
