We have put a frozen turkey in the fridge. once it thaws how long can i safely leave it there??

I'd smoke it within a few days of the thaw.... But I'm not sure on the actual length of time that would be safe to leave it in the fridge, @chef jimmyj I'm sure would be happy to help ya out!

Three days no problem. Five in a refer that is 36 or colder and rarely open...JJ
