I've eaten Turkey jerky & like it pretty well but have never made it. Can I use the HI Mountain cure on sliced breasts, or perhaps the Tender Quick method?.....Is it worth it? and any opinions & experiences I would love to hear about.

Ive Made allot of Turkey Jerky I use a modified version of the jerky recipe in Ryteks book. its a wet marinade and it turns out very well

I've had some good tj and some bad tj. I've never made it myself, but I would think a good flavorful wet marinade would be good as suggested by uncle lar. Sliced breasts sound perfect.

Made up a batch a few weeks ago. I ground up the meat this time and made turkey burger jerky and dehydrated it. Turned out great. Gonna make it again. Got a bunch of birds after Turkey day and froze them.
