Got and 8 pound turkey going in the briner for sunday.
Taking it out tomorrow, rinse inside and out then on a tray to the fridge uncovered to dry the skin up some. Going to use secret spray #8 on it

Going to rotisserie it on the kettle.

Will be a excellent bird. I am watching.

Cool didn't know they sold hatchlings lol , I ask my self around all the holidays why we don't eat more turkey because we love it, the price in normally reasonable, I will be looking for the finished pictures, would love to get a rotty for my Weber some day.

Will be watching.
Lot of turkeys on sale for good price now. Bad is that they are mostly #20 + I don't like the idea of them taking so long to get to safe temp, and the wife doesn't care for the hammy taste if cured.

Normally do spatchcock.

Be watching too . Love the buckets . I have both . Use the Jr. all the time .

Sprayed with duck fat, made a cheese cloth bag with onion, carrot, celery and put inside, tied and ready for rotisserie.

My neighbor cuts things up before i can get good plated pics.

Anyways here is the spun turkey. Like the way the duck fat spray gets the skin.
