Bird was fantastic. 3 different people including my mother (who’s thanksgiving turkey trumps everything) said it was the best turkey they have ever had. Will definitely do again. Well worth the effort. Ribs were outstanding as well. Merry Christmas to all!

Well your knife skills are far above mine and not to mention patience. Excellent job everything looks great.

Point for sure.
Chris

Wow that looks amazing!
It is a much better tie job than mine hahaha. I'm glad you got pictures of it deboned and stuffing added. Being elbow deep in turkey I didn't bother taking pics of mine at those stages so you definitely filled a gap in displaying what the thing looks like in the earlier steps.
I'm glad everyone enjoyed it so much, it is a special dish for sure. Great job! :emoji_raised_hands::emoji_bow::emoji_raised_hands::emoji_bow:

Had my wife snap the pictures!!!!! People are still talking about it days later. Thanks again for your original post. Would never had done it otherwise.

thanks Disco but Trust me If I can do it anyone can. I’ve never attempted anything like this before and it was huge success
Don't sell yourself short. You found something you hadn't tried before, took it on and hit it out of the park. Ask your buddies how many have done that. You deserve kudos particularly for inspiring this fat old Canadian!

Good thinking, next time I'll try to get a 2nd pair of hands to snap pics for me :)
