after reading on this last year I've decided not to brine turkey. (as of last year). I'm one of the wierdo's that for 40 years have been putting my turkey in a Glad bag in the oven.. Haven't F'd one up yet.Bought some frozen 'young turkeys' from Sam's and they say that they are in a 3% solution of water and sea salt.
Would you brine them?
Smoke-frying them.
