anybody on here ever smoked a turducken? im interested in doing one, but im not sure on if u can smoke it. and if so, how long and at what temp?

You will want to practice on something smaller. Get your timing down so the birds are not in the danger zone too long while you are assembling. Here's a thread on my starter project (Roasting Chicken and Game Hen):
