Just got my tunning plates cut at my shop this morning....and have the smoker fired up now having a cookout for the fam....anyway question is....will tje plates b Safe to use? I wiped tjem down with alcohol,and sprayed em.with veggie spray?

A little late for the party here, but if you had the tuning plates installed and seasoned them a bit before tossing in the meat it should have been fine.
