Hey guys, the mother in law surprised me with a rack of beef back ribs and a few short ribs this morning. So naturally i cracked open a brewski and got to work.
The rack I rubbed with SPOG plus a little of brown sugar and cayenne, and the short ribs I seasoned with Bad Byron's Butt Rub.
Smoked them at 225 with hickory . Halfway through I mopped them with some IPA and brushed the rack with my prickly pear bbq sauce. Paired them with a quick salad and proceeded to wolf them down like a cave man.
