Good luck and how exciting! We are relocating this summer from Indy to our home north of Knoxville, TN. Doubt it'll be our forever home. I still want warmer so we're looking at N. Florida. Checking out Fernandina Beach this weekend. Would like property, but we're worried we won't be able to meet people as easy as if we were a little closer to neighbors.
