What's crazy what I done was when the temp hit 160 I believe I pulled it off and put it in the oven to finish it so I could get some sleep lol. Needless to say I love my mav 732 and found myself hitting the alarm button to shut it up and dozed back off. I set it for 195, I fell back asleep and something woke me up and I jumped my butt out of bed and the temp was 207 internal so it was def time to pull it off. I pulled it all as soon as it came out (thank god for hard working callused hands) I poured a cup of the juice from bottom of the pan and set it in the microwave sealed for a bit. It came out awesome everybody in the family enjoyed it, but my dumb a** brother in law that thinks he can cook said it was to greasy. There was no grease in it ! I pulled all fat out just good moist meat. I know it was good for my family to drive 45 minutes the next wanting leftovers lol

Next time it's definitely gonna be naked though I got one more butt left I will be cooking this weekend for I'm already out of what I had left ha ha. O and Kat thinks for help with the 732 very happy I went with it!!!! It was a def need for one that came with the grill is 90* off! Now it's just to keep the hole still.
