Sorry , couldn't resist . It's actually fun to use . Wish I had 2 more .
Would make a great sample for bigger loaves . I just grabbed that hunk out of a boule
I was making .

Just don't drop it taking it out of the oven.

No . I've seen them though . Looks interesting .

That's cool, now you can make little slider loaves!

Fill the pan 1/2 full and slice the loaf horizontally for a poor boy sammich!! Looks good

Ha ha , that is what I was going to suggest, or a nice big roast beef sandwich sliced down through the top.

Wife picked this up for me a week or so. Was going to use for individual meat loaves. But now maybe little breads.

maybe little breads.
I went and looked at those after I got the one above . Those are actually bigger than the one I bought , but those are great for small banana bread and stuff . Or like you said small meatloaf .
Fun
I think I have some pyrex loaf pans at home
I bought it just because ,,, but it surprised me how fun it was to use .
I've been seeing the Pyrex loaf pans , but haven't grabbed one yet . I have two of the metal ones that work pretty good .

You can cook bread in a loaf pan?! Who knew? Mind blown!!! 😂

Seriously though - love fresh bread and that looked great!

Back to my derangement....At the office I actually have at least a couple of hundred medium loaf pans and mini-loaf pans. For my day job we do soil tests and "test dirt (and rock). We use the loaf pans to dry the samples in the precision ovens as part of the testing process.

When we do use our precision ovens to make lunch...all of our "soils lab" recipes start with: "Find reasonably clean dirt pan, shake out loose soil...wash."

The bread looks awesome, as usual.
My bread making skills, flat out suck, as I'm not good at following recipes, they go against everything Noni taught me. I used to have Pyrex loaf pans, not sure if I still have them or not. I almost bought a Pullman pan for banana, pumpkin bread, and meatloaf. I made a few meatloaf a few weeks ago using loaf pans.
It was good, but I much prefer free formed meatloaf, as it allows more surface area to brown up, I love the browned outside of meatloaf.

Awesome job on the bread.
Dan.

Each little pan is 2 1/4" x 3 1/2" x 1 1/4" deep
Just right for 2 on a plate as meatloaf, I'm just a growing boy lol

I need to get to the GW places.
