Trying new brat concoctions!

So there are several butchers in the area that make specialty brats. I literally am ok with any flavor combo out there, bit I have to keep the kids and warden happy too! So today I picked up "sample" packs of Cajun, garlic parm and apple maple brats!
Grilled them up with onions and fresh zuch medallions from the garden.

They all look good. Curious though. How were the apple ones? Never thought about that flavor with brats

Dude its tough being a big fat guy! I liked them all, but he apple maple was the bomb! Ive had the blueberry maple from the same butcher and it was legit too!
