Nice looking smoke Cman! That African unit looks like you can really filler up! What's the capacity on that bugger? It looks huge!
 
I don't really know capacity yet but it has three shelves that are 14" across. Plan to do some yardbirds when I go back to work. About ten birds on a Sunday afternoon. Plus some Dutchs Bake Beans. Also taking back Jeffs Rib Rub. Great stuff!!
