Triton Gas/ Charcoal Grill

Evening y'all. I went down to Academy yesterday and bought the old man a Triton Charcoal/ Gas combo grill for Christmas. Also, has a small smoke box for some rookie smoking. I've read some reviews that were good and some bad. The bad reviews sounded to me like it was user error or stupidity. Anyway, I wanted to get some credible reviews if any. Thanks for any input!
