So I am doing a Tri Tip roast that I got the other day at my butcher. I think I may have bought way too much.

I have it cooking in the slow cooker with some onion soup and cream of mushroom while I am working. Any thoughts or ideas for left overs??

Merry Christmas everyone!

How do you keep the soups from falling thru the greats?

I like to make beef storkenoff or chili or fajitas or frito pies with left over beef cuts.

We like to slice it thin, make some aujus, and eat french dip sandies like pigs!

we love the taste of a tri-tip and we try not to cover that taste.

I think the biggest waste of tri-tip is to put it into soup, although I've never done it.

It's like putting Grey Goose/Iceberg/Ketel 1 vodka in a bloody mary!

I need to do some tri-tip, it's been 4 or 5 months since. MAN, I'm hungry!

Definately sliced thin for sammies is the way to go with leftover tri-tip. I'm with Big Al, I'm hungry now.
